Returns Policy
All Slates Ltd. will only accept returned slate if we can match the slate supplied to existing batches of slate we hold in stock. Slate accepted for return will incur a 25% re-stocking charge plus any haulage costs incurred. The same will apply to slates that are over ordered.
Any damage or shortages should be notified to the driver on delivery or to the office within 48 hours. Goods will not be delivered until paid in full.
You should account for wastage, your roofer will be able to give a more accurate figure if the roof is complicated.
Reclaimed goods are strictly sold as seen.
